Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at De Luna Swim. We want to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping terms below.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We hope to expand soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During major launches, restocks, sales, and holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We'll always do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Rates
- Flat-rate shipping: $15 per order
- Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $300 (subtotal after any discounts, before tax)
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Carrier & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via FedEx. Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:
- FedEx Ground / Home Delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on your location
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by FedEx and are not guaranteed. Weather events, carrier delays, and high-volume periods (such as holidays) may affect delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number. You can use this number on fedex.com to track your package. If you don't receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at delunaswim@gmail.com.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email delunaswim@gmail.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships, but once an order is in transit, we are unable to redirect it.
P.O. Boxes
FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order is handed off to FedEx, the carrier is responsible for delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to FedEx.
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package: Please check with neighbors, household members, and your front desk or property manager. Contact FedEx directly to file a claim.
- If your package is lost in transit (no tracking updates for 7+ business days): Email us at delunaswim@gmail.com and we'll help you file a claim with FedEx.
- If your package arrives damaged: Take photos of the package and the items and email us within 7 days of delivery at delunaswim@gmail.com. We'll work with you to make it right.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to orders where required by state and local law and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
